Getting Started

Top

Welcome to ZenTrade! This guide will help you get started with our trading platform and make the most of your experience.

Creating Your Account

To begin, visit our signup page and create an account using your email address. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.

Choosing a Plan

ZenTrade offers three subscription tiers:

  • Free: Basic trading tools, real-time market data, and community support
  • LiteTrader: Expanded analysis and higher usage limits compared with Free
  • ProTrader: Highest limits, advanced tooling, and priority support options

First Steps

After signing up, we recommend:

  1. Complete your profile in Settings
  2. Explore the Dashboard to familiarize yourself with the interface
  3. Set up your first watchlist
  4. Try the AI Chatbot for quick answers to trading questions

Section 02

Account & Billing

Top

Manage your account settings, subscription, and billing information from your account dashboard.

Account Settings

Access your account settings by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner. From here you can:

  • Update your personal information (name, email, phone)
  • Change your password
  • Manage notification preferences
  • Configure two-factor authentication
  • Set your trading preferences

Subscription Management

To upgrade or change your subscription plan:

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Subscription
  2. Select your desired plan
  3. Enter your payment information
  4. Confirm the change

Billing & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can view your billing history and download invoices from the Billing section in Settings.

We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

TradeScan Pro

TradeScan Pro is our AI-powered trade analysis tool that helps you identify execution quality issues, anomalies, and optimization opportunities in your trading history.

What is TradeScan Pro?

TradeScan Pro uses machine learning algorithms to analyze your trades and provide actionable insights. It examines:

  • Execution timing and slippage
  • Entry and exit quality
  • Pattern recognition in your trading behavior
  • Risk management effectiveness
  • Opportunities for improvement

How to Use TradeScan Pro

  1. Navigate to TradeScan Pro from the dashboard
  2. Upload your trade history or connect your broker account
  3. Select the time period you want analyzed
  4. Click "Run Scan" to start the analysis
  5. Review the detailed report and recommendations

Understanding Your Results

TradeScan Pro provides:

  • Execution Score: Overall quality rating (0-100)
  • Anomaly Detection: Unusual patterns or outliers
  • Optimization Suggestions: Specific areas for improvement
  • Performance Trends: How your execution quality changes over time

Limitations

Free accounts have access to basic analysis. LiteTrader includes 1 TradeScan per month, while ProTrader offers unlimited scans.

Strategy Builder

The Strategy Builder is a strategy automation studio that lets you create, test, and deploy custom trading strategies without coding.

Creating a Strategy

To build a new strategy:

  1. Go to Strategy Builder from the dashboard
  2. Click "Create New Strategy"
  3. Use the visual editor to add conditions and actions
  4. Configure entry and exit rules
  5. Set risk management parameters
  6. Test your strategy with historical data
  7. Deploy when ready

Strategy Components

Strategies are built using:

  • Conditions: Market conditions that trigger actions (e.g., price crosses moving average)
  • Actions: What happens when conditions are met (e.g., buy, sell, alert)
  • Filters: Additional criteria to refine your strategy
  • Risk Rules: Stop-loss, take-profit, and position sizing

Testing & Backtesting

Access your workspace from our mobile app. While some features are optimized for desktop, core functionality is available on mobile devices.

Public API is not available yet. API access is currently in planning stage and cannot be enabled from account settings at this time.

What Integrations Mean Right Now

In the current product, integrations mean broker connection flow only. You can connect a broker account to sync trading data and continue setup on the broker website.
