Welcome to ZenTrade. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZenTrade website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

ZenTrade provides various trading tools, analytics, and educational resources. These may include, but are not limited to:

• TradeScan Pro: AI-powered trade analysis
• Strategy Builder: Tools for creating and testing trading strategies
• Sentiment Analysis: Real-time market sentiment tracking
• Options Flow: Options activity monitoring
• Trading Workspace: Professional trading interface

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without prior notice.

Some features of the Service require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan.

We use third-party payment processors to bill you through a payment account linked to your account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment processor in addition to these Terms.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription you select. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or for periods when you did not use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our Service. By using the Service, you agree to our collection and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

You retain all rights to your data. We will not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
